Green Homes Philippines is dedicated to promoting a smarter way of home development in the Philippines. Amazingly, while many advances have been made in home design, home construction and home ownership worldwide, the Philippines has been relatively slow to respond to these changes.
Presently, many end-users and designers still fail to respond to their site environment, adopt more efficient construction methodologies and materials or even consider post-construction costs in executing their homes in the Philippines.
It is Green Homes Philippines mission to collect best practices, user-generated ideas or issues and develop and share solutions for home owners, designers and even product and service suppliers.
We want your ideas and problems and solutions. Share in the community and help us make genuinely green homes in the Philippines more than just marketing hype or the design fade of the moment.

What Makes Us Unique
Green Homes Philippines advocates a unique approach to green built environment development based on the core principle of Balance to drive maximum aesthetic and utilitarian results. We advocate balance in user-designer collaboration respecting the fact the user knows their needs and it is the designer’s responsibility to aid in drawing out those needs and wants over the course of the design development while providing guidance on impact.
We advocate balance in experienced (conventional) and unconventional (out-of-the-box) solutions development, recognizing that seasoned “experts” deliver value but also that breakthroughs are breaks WITH conventional approaches. We advocate balance in management of impact-results dynamics of cost of build, ownership and natural environment.
We advocate balance in collaborative design development, conventional and unconventional design approaches for the project objectives of build, ownership and environmental impact.
